Sober - Fit
Most programs focus only on sobriety or nutrition or workouts—ignoring the deeper reasons why we turn to food or alcohol in the first place. But true transformation starts within.
As your sober-fit coaches, We are here to walk with you daily—helping you break toxic cycles, build healthier habits, and reconnect with your mind and body. Through ongoing support, community calls, and a focus on both sobriety and self-worth, you’ll learn how to fall in love with this new chapter of you.

What's Inside The App
01
WEEKLY CHECK INS
Each week, we’ll go beyond just the scale. We’ll reflect on your progress through photos, measurements, and more importantly—your energy, mindset, sleep, alcohol intake, cravings, and strength. These check-ins are our time to get real, celebrate wins, and course-correct if needed. Because this isn’t about perfection—it’s about building lasting, sober, and sustainable progress from the inside out.
02
Consistent Communication
You won’t have to go through this alone. You’ll have direct access to me—your sober-fit coach—so you can check in, ask questions, or get support whenever you need it. Whether it’s a tough craving, a mindset block, or a win you’re proud of, I’m here for all of it. Because real change happens in the moments in between the check-ins, too.
03
CUSTOMIZED MEAL PLAN
Cookie-cutter plans won’t cut it—especially when we’re working on lasting change. That’s why I take the time to truly understand you—your lifestyle, relationship with food, cravings, and patterns tied to alcohol or emotional eating. Together, we’ll build a flexible, realistic nutrition plan that supports both your sobriety and your goals, while helping you create a healthier connection with food for life.
04
Customized Home or Gym Workout Plan
Through my program you will learn the most effective way to workout your body, feel physically challenged and empowered, change your body composition, increase your confidence in the gym and love your body from the inside out.
05
Private Women’s Group Chat, Accountability & Support
This is one of the most powerful parts of the program. Inside our private group chat, you’ll connect with a community of like-minded women who get it. We share goals, celebrate wins, and support each other through the highs and lows of the sober-fit journey. It’s a space for motivation, accountability, and real connection—because healing hits different when you don’t have to do it alone.
Kathryn
I’m Kathryn Sauser—over 5 years sober, a fitness, nutrition, and mental health coach with more than a decade of experience. I’ve helped thousands of women transform their bodies, but it wasn’t until I got sober in 2020 that everything truly changed for me.
I created SoberFitGirl because it was everything I needed and couldn’t find. Alcohol was the one thing holding me back from the life I truly wanted. I was stuck in the cycle—drink, work out hard, feel shame, repeat. When I finally broke free, I built a life beyond my wildest dreams—and now I help other women do the same.
Ewa
With over 3 years of sobriety, I can confidently say that giving up alcohol was the most powerful decision I’ve ever made. I’ve always been passionate about fitness, but alcohol kept me trapped in a cycle of yo-yo dieting, binge eating, and burnout. It was the one thing standing between me and the life I truly wanted. Joining SoberFitGirl changed everything. This program gave me the tools, support, and accountability I needed to finally feel strong—in both mind and body. I lost 30 pounds, built a consistent fitness routine, and transformed my relationship with myself.
Now, I get to help other women do the same. I’m so passionate about coaching because I know how life-changing this journey can be. Every day, I’m grateful to walk alongside a community of women who are showing up, getting stronger, and rewriting their stories—just like I did.
